Serving Headers for dynamic content

Hi I am trying to do the following for dynamic pages in the header.

1. Create a Last Modified Date Automatically
2. Create a content length header
3. Change "Transfer-Encoding: chunked"
to "Transfer-Encoding: bytes" in header apache generates.

Any help gratefully recieved :)
