How to make virtual folders in apache server!

Hey ..am just a new apache server user ...
i've just installed apache web server and
i set the document root as ex to D:/Host/

and ..i wanna know how to set http://myip/foldername/
to be redirected to E:/ as an example
and more folders ...
So ..How TO!

This thing can be fixed using apps like
Easy.File.Sharing.Web.Server
WWW.File.ShAre.pro

So ...any one could help me?
