Need htaccess to send user agent to different file for homepage

Wow that sounds fun!

I've got a mambo portal running on mysql, php.
I am currently trying to add a wap site, that will benefit nextel users of this site. I've spent hours trying,reading, etc. and cannot resolve this.

Clearly:
I want to make %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} Mozilla(ETC)

OR any browser go to index.php, and just

UP.Browser/6.1.0.1.140 (Google CHTML Proxy/1.0)

%{HTTP_USER_AGENT} go to index.html... what am i missing?
