setting CName

how do I do this with WHM/cpanel?

I'm trying to configure my site to offer a new service. The company that I'm purchasing the service from has indicated that I need to set the cname for my subdomain to their site. How do I do this with WHM? My choices are:

Edit Zone Templates (I thought it might be here, but it would change the cname for all of the domains I host)
Park or Point a Domain
Add a DNS Zone
Edit an MX Entry
Delete a DNS Zone

Or,am I completely off base and need to configure it in cpanel? Thanks for the help!
