Firing scripts from command line in phpdev

I use phpdev to run a few scripts and I have one that may take up to a week to run. I am concerned about timeouts.

With it being a windows box (XP) how can I run the system like I have a command lineso that I can fire the script in the background.

Is this possible. If not is it possible to run a script that can fire anotgher script as if it were done via the command line.
