Frontpage Ext running Apache on Windows xp pro

I am running Apache 2.0.52 on Win XP Pro. Everything seems to be working OK, ftp is wking, server pages working,....

Frontpage 2003 will not function.

Message: Folder is not accessible.

All thoughts and feedback much appreciated.
