Hi, I am wanting to redirectd index.html? into index.html . What do I need in my .htaccess file to do this?

Can you clarify this question a bit?

Are you seeing requests for the literal URL-path "/index.html?", and if so, where are these requests coming from - a referral from an external site?

I'm asking because this is a rare problem, and usually due to incorrect linking in some way. The solution may depend on exactly what the root cause of the problem is.
