The site is pretty new, but google already has some pages with the dreaded? in the URL in the cache.
In your opinion what is the rate at which the internal links should be changed from dynamic (including the query strings) to 'static' (straight .html) links?
10% per week, all at once and pray, one a day ....,
what's your gut feeling? Or better yet, did you do this and what happened?
