apache on XP (no listening sockets available)

Unable to open logs

IIS is not installed

I hav ran netstat -an
and there were NO apps listining to port 80

I have tried using other ports always get the same error message (except port #)

what could this be?

Are you running Norton Internet Security or XP's Firewall?
