need help with Direct /cgi-bin/ method using TM3

Hi,
I want to use tm3 with Direct /cgi-bin/ method and the problem is when I include
ScriptAlias /index.html /PATH_TO/cgi-bin/tm3/m
under <VirtualHost> in httpd.conf file I got all domains screwed.

How to make this line working for only one domain? The one i want to use with tm3 and Direct /cgi-bin/ method
