Muliple domains, 1 IP address, 2 servers

Hello all,

I did a search but did not find an answer.

This is what I want to do. Right now I have one webserver that is hosting several sites using apache and virtual servers. I would like to move one of these sites to another webserver I have just built. The new webserver uses an internal network ip of 10.0.0.15 listening on port 8080. I would like to have requests for the webpages handled by the new server but have it be transparent to the end user. Is this possible and if so can someone direct me where to look for the answers. Or, if you are feeling generous just blurt out the answer. All of this is on a home network behind a cable modem so I only have one external IP address to use. The websites I am hosting use a dynamic dns service.

I am not sure if that is enough information.

I was able to track down a solution using ProxyPass after reconfiguring apache2 with mod_proxy.

This is what worked for me:

 ServerName my.domain.name
 ProxyPass / http: //server2/

Ignore the space between the ':' & '//'
This is put inside the virtualhost declaration.
