Rewrite .com-> .net and add www

apache rewite url

I am trying to rewrite urls on my website. I have several domains and I want to redirect them to one and ensure www is at the front.

example: domain.com/foo.html to www.domain.org/foo.html
domain.org to www.domain.org
domain.net/index.php to www.domain.org/index.php

Any body have any ideas?
