I'm on a wireless network which everything connects to a router. I setup the apache server using Easyphp, with a web tutorial : [canowhoopass.com...]

to the T. I can look up the site's ip address and bring up the website from any computer on the network, however i can't access it from any other computer on the internet.

Do i need to establish something special for apache's server to be seen threw my router?

You need to forward port 80 to the computer running apache. If you use DHCP (dynamic IP assignment) on your network, you will need to route a static IP to the computer that is running apache.

uh and i do that by....

I have a static ip so it never changes. I don't understand what you mean by fowarding port 80. I have my port 80 set as default in the conf.http or whatever its called.

You need to go into your router configuration and do this. It is different from router to router. I have a linksys one. I can help you with that. PM me if you have linksys.

Welcome to WebmasterWorld, mercer.

It's commonly called the DMZ. Your router more than likely has a feature available for you to host a web server which will allow external traffic through to a particular port, for a particular protocol(s). See the manual or docs for your router.
