I have a lot of this error in my apache logs.
It occurs every minute, sometimes multiple times a minute.
It happens 24 hours a day so I'm sure it isn't being triggered by client/browser connections as they only use the server 9-5.
What could be causing it?

I've no idea what that error message means, but this search [google.com] turned up quite a few results, some of which look useful.
