The links are like this from /directory1/:

[example.com...]

I'm getting a 404 with the URL appearing like so:

[example.com...]

Also - if I try to access a directory directly by address that's 2 levels deep, I'm getting a 500.

Virtual hosting, and it's messing up with rankings for page not being there - and I just moved several sites there. What's the problem?

Hi Marcia,

Does an .htaccess file exist? If so, is it using any rewrites or redirects?

Yep, that's the directory that's being redirected to from where the files used to be. I'll check it out - thanks!
