Where can I find a comprehensive list of Nigerian IP & CDIR Blocks?

This has been touched upon from time to time, but I am having a hard time finding a complete, up-to-date listing, of dotted IP address blocks belonging to all of the ISPs, in and around Nigeria, S.A.

I have been Googling on this subject and am getting the wrong results, mostly individual addresses, or mentions of using major blocklists at the email server. I intend to add this list to a .htaccess file to block all unwanted country-wide traffic. I would rather not have to add every single IP address in the country, so its dotted IP ranges would be more useful to me. Nigerian ISP names will also be useful for blocking in .htaccess.

The list of dotted IPs is not destined for use on an email server, but is for protecting a forum, where there has been a recent outbreak of Nigerian scammers responding to posts of items for sale. I intend to shut them down, at the server level, ISP by ISP, Country by Country, Cafe by Cafe. I am on a mission.

Any links to complete country-wide assigned IP blocks, for this area of South Africa, would be appreciated.

Ip-to-Country is very useful if you already know the IP addresses that are acting suspiciously. I need the opposite list; Country to all assigned IP ranges in it, so I can block them all, pre-emptively.

Does anybody know if this is a current, comprehensive list, or use it to effectively block this country?

Try www.blackholes.us , they have ip lists for most countries and ISPs you'd ever want to block.
