I need Google to redirect the PR of site A to site B, since some content might be considered dupe. One section of the site is similar to what appears on the other site. They have different templates and Meta tags, but I can't even risk it. Is not worth it.

is it possible to make it so to Googlebot the site is 301 to site B, yet to the other site and to other bots this is a normal site (I have them blocked from the other one).

I have access to the server so anything can be done. Any suggestions?

Yes; first you have to check the user agent which is requesting the page, if it is the googlebot, then check that which part of your website is being hit, and if both are meet, then redirect the spider to the other part of your website (you can redirect to a single page, or to the corresponding page if the two parts has the same structure).

Be aware that this would be considered cloaking, which invokes a worse penalty than any "duplicate content filter" might.

You don't want Yahoo catching you with duplicate content, either. Can you change it so that the "body" of the page, what remains when the global elements are stripped away, is about half different from the other?

never mind then. I just didn't want to lose that PR while asking the sites to change the links to the other site. I have a few PR7 ones too, but it would be way stupid stupid to risk a worse penalty while trying to void one.

thank you for your help,
