Software for apache server

I currently have a frew low traffic websites running on Windows 2000 and IIS. I am getting a new machine and was wondering what software you would recommend installing on my new server. Below is my list. Add to it or give me suggestions please! I'm looking for mostly free solutions.

- Windows 2000 Pro. (I just don't know linux or I would try that)
- Apache web server
- MySQL
- PHP
- Firewall for machine (not sure. Read ZoneAlarm is good? Any recommendations?)

Anything else needed?

How you build your server will depend entirely on what features and functions you truly require. Typically, you only load what you need, then add features as necessary.
