How to make Apache send Meta tags in the HTTP header?

Hi all,

I was asking myself how it is possible to make Apache read the MetaTags from a html file and create a http header with this information.

So if I have an expires meta tag how do I make Apache send exactly the content of this tag with the http header, e.g. so that a proxy really reads expiry settings of a html file.

Thanks a lot and regards,
Thomas

There is actually a good FAQ on the pages of the Internet Content Rating Association. The goal of the FAQ is to show how to include the ICRA-Rating-Meta-Flag into the Apache config, but I'm sure it's useful for your purpose as well.

In case WW eats the link again, do a search on Google for "Professional website labelling" - it's the first link.
