Fraudulent Click Tracking with Google Analytics

I've recently submitted to a directory on a trial basis and I suspect that all of the referrals I'm getting from the directory are from the directory operator itself (clues like 100% of the browsers being referred were using Firefox).

Is there any way of getting definitive proof of this using google analytics (or any other package - also use awstats)? In other words a way of linking a particular unique visitor to a referring source?

Thanks in advance

No "definitive proof", but you could use a cookie. That will provide you with proof of the same PC being used subsequently, though if they delete the cookie from the client computer then you wont know. If the client PC is in a cyber cafe or similar, you may find numerous human visitors using a single PC....
