Meaning of Urchin Referral Level

Hi,

Anybody has idea about the meaning of 'Referral Level' on the Reporting tab of the website report on Urchin.

By default the value is set to 3.What does this mean?

Been a while since I used Urchin, but IIRC it's to do with subdomains. i.e. Are spain.example.com and italy.example.com treated as separate referrers, or bundled together as example.com.

Edit:
The level you set determines where the threshold is. The higher the number, the higher the segmentation.
