My Analytics account shows that I have gotten two queries on my blog from below two url (I don't know what should it be called)

[192.168.1.10:8080...]
[192.168.1.10:8080...]

Do you have any idea about what are these site?

Those are intranet/local sites, and at a guess, someone's running a local server for research or marketing purposes; and has clicked links in the results which are generated there. For example, they could be researching a list of blogs on a topic.
