Delisted in msn/looksmart

Customers calim "site doesn't exist"

I've recently recieved a call from a client who couldn't find our site. As MSN is the default response in his browser, the internet IS in effect MSN as far as he is concerned. To my great surprise I ofund that my major website is not listed. Not with a single page. The site has been well established since 1999, having listed over 80000 pages in google with high rankings. We've been spidered and listed by all major engines. But for some reason we'Re not in MSN. Westill apeaqr in looksmart though.

What can be the reason for such mysterious delisting? How can I find out?

I wouldn't normally care for the msn traffic, but as it has such a strangle hold on inexperienced users (many of my customers are such) It can cost me major business.

What can I do?

Sounds like you may want to pay for a couple of listings in Ink. If you are in Looksmart then I would think you would need to get in Ink. Has slurp been spidering you lately? Have you been in Ink in the past?

I've been listed fine. I don't make any income off the site's visitors, soy paid-for programmes aren't an issue.

I wouldn't even care about msn if it wasn't a default on IE browsers.

strange thing is taht different URLs I use to deeplink into certain pages are listed on first page results on msn.
