Old Alexa Screenshot

Hi All

Just noticed on one of our sites Alexa has a very old screenshot of the site at which time we did not even have control of the site.

Is there any way to update the screenshot?

Althugh they're a very nice feature Alexa updates the images very rarely, and I haven't noticed any kind of schedule. Some of them are pretty ancient ;)

They seem to be better at getting new screenshots than getting new versions of the existing ones.

AFAIK there is no way to get an outdated screenshot updated. I wouldn't worry too much though, you won't exactly see much traffic from alexa anyway.

On a Screenshot for one of my sites it seems to overlay another screenshot from a different site.

It is a nice feature but does not work to well :(

Yeah, i've seen that too. And also subdomains seem to be dealt with rather strangely.

Alexa, if you're listening - we love the screenshots! How about updating them a bit more often and squishing some of the bugs?
