Mamma.com's pulling business.com listings

is this new?

I don't get many Mamma referrals, but I noticed my listing in the Mamma SERPS refers to business.com & MSN as the sources. Perhaps that business.com listing is worth something after all.

I don't subscribe to any of the business.com listings (too many links / expsensive for the bulk of my target keywords) so I don't have any raw data on this one.

Anybody else?

Taken from Mamma's search tips and amended for my results:

widget.com
[Business.com, MSN]

"The most important element to notice in Mamma's results are the sources from which Mamma has retrieved each result. These are listed in square brackets, just in front of the URL. The first source listed is the engine from which the link actually comes -- the remaining sources listed are duplicates, and are included for information only. So, in the above example, the result comes from Business.com, but was also found in MSN's database."

--I guess business.com outbid MSN on Mamma, good to know they're not just sitting on the money.

business.com picked us up as a free listing several years back and we are still there. However we get many more referrals from business.com (a dozen a week) than mamma.com (a dozen a year) for that site so it doesent suggest to us, in our case, that mamma is adding any value for referrals.

I second that; I'm surprised to see either of them once a month. However, I have 5 links all together in one listing and the links other than the home page have the same PR as my home page, so it appears I'm getting some PR.

These commercial product pages that I can't imagine anyone linking to (3-month old site), are 1-click from the home page. Other 1-click away pages not listed on b.com have the typical 1-notch down PR. I digress.
