Alexa web ranking logos / ranking updated today?

Has anyone else noticed this? Alexa now has little ranking logos you can put on your web site... probably only attractive if you have a high ranked site, like Brett :) 567 is impressive... I think they updated rankings today too.

Actually from what I can see, there is nothing to actually sign up for, unless you are greedy and want the extra amazon.com points.
If you look inside the script they run, you can nab the gif image fairly easily ;)

Alexa is a wholely owned Amazon company. If a click to alexa from the graph leads to Amazon sales, you get the affiliate fee.

This is pretty cool, although calling it a "Certified" traffic rank seems to imply a degree of precision that doesn't exist.

Just to be pedantic: Alexa has had "certification" javascripts available for websites for a long time now. They just stopped promoting them for a while after their switch to a Google-powered search engine. (In fact, it was a temporary outage of those scripts that led me to discover Alexa had gone Googley [webmasterworld.com] last year.)

There are some new features (and more variety in output formats) in these new scripts however. Among other things, the old scripts couldn't provide graphs are incorporate Amazon affiliate links.
