According to that article, sounds like the position changed hands without him being 'fired' :)
Interesting, though - he already gave up the post once before - then was back in as the company started heading south...makes you wonder, why would they do it again?

I found the post on F*ckedCompany where it indicated that he was forced out or removed so that most likely led to my interpretation of that article. :)
