Firefly probing for 404s?

I just noticed Firefly/1.0 requesting the following: "GET /db8rks45zhij9opredbr/ HTTP/1.1". Guess what? I don't have a directory with this name. ;) Anyone else noticed Firefly checking for 404s?

btw, Firefly is the robot for the German search engine fireball.de.

The same just happened with Scooter/3.2.SFO:

"GET /qjlqvntvsueiovhwsrho.html HTTP/1.1"
"GET /rcivhhwllgtprrmlgrpw.html HTTP/1.1"

And Firefly did it again (different domain):

"GET /zru9rp3e92vj1cjlbvom/ HTTP/1.1"

The only thing in common: 20 random(?) characters. Weird.
