Search engines, DuckDuckGo, Ecosia, Qwant and Lilo urge the E.U. to take more action to ensure a level playing field after Google's Antitrust fine of $5 billion over Android dominance.

"Despite recent changes, we do not believe it will move market share significantly due to its persisting limitations," they said in a joint letter to European Parliament lawmakers.
