How long ( average ) after submission till listing ?

I submitted about 4 weeks ago, can anyone tell me how long I should expect to wait before submitting again ?

You should look in your logs, Zyborg (Wisenut's robot) have been spidering the web like crazy and hopefulle they will release a new index within the 2 next upcomming weeks.
