This site is showing up in some places it's not supposed to. Any ideas?

Looks like a real search engine with extensive policies/terms. Registered in Illinois, according to their T&C.
No mention of spiders and the word searchoodle does not seem to appear in my security logs. Where exactly is it showing up?

Use the god old "your ip" trick to find the crawler of any search engine:
Search for "your ip". Look for pages like ishowyourip.com that list the visitors ip address. The ip address listed in the search engine results page will be the ip address to the crawler. Lookup the owner, and see that it is [entireweb.com...] .
