Green search engines

With the Copenhagen climate summit starting tomorrow, I noticed two new search engines that claim to be good for the environment.

Ecosia [ecosia.com]: "Each web search saves about 2 mē of rainforest for free." A WWF initiative, uses Bing/Yahoo search.

Znout [znout.org]: "zero negative output". Runs on Google, uses advertising revenues to compensate for web server energy use and bad gas emission.

So now we can our favorite search engines AND feel good about it ;)
