good traffic from Excite

Excite is sending steady traffic to one site, around 10% of total. There seems to be a jump up very recently. Have I missed some news somewhere?

I have two sites with recent jumps in Excite traffic. I didn't even notice it until you posted.

Haven't heard any specific news. Maybe their broadband focus is starting to pay off.

I recently received a promo for Excite in one of the newsletters I get (probably one related to small business or women in business - can't remember). In fact there's good stuff - I bookmarked it and intend to check it all out.

I don't know how recently it happened, but it seems they've done a bit of partnering. If I got it in a newsletter announcement, they are doing some promoting.
