In Australia a new environmental friendly search engine was launched called Ecocho. They use Yahoo and Google for search engine technology and they say they will plant 2 trees for every 1000 searches.
So if they become as big as Google is now, the world will be flooded with trees within days.
For now, you have to use to Google to find them ;)
