What's the link?

I spotted this in my logs today

[crawler.com...]

It's a Google clone. Whois shows it's not owned by G and the front page is totally different but the SERPS are identical in design as well as results. Anyone seen this or have any ideas on the link?

It is a meta search engine that is using Google results.
