Jimmy Wales has announced that he'll be collaborating on an internet search engine project to rival Google and Yahoo (with financial input from Amazon). The intention seems to be that it will be analagous to Wikipedia, with user input. It's hard to imagine how it could avoid being totally gamed, but who knows....
