Can't find free submit at Excite

Where did it go?

I just tried to submit something to Excite, and all I could fine was the LookSmart submit.

Did I miss the free submit, or is it gone?

It's gone, I've been looking for a while now. yet another SE's jumps on the paid route, oh well let's hope google holds out

Courtesy of DumpTruck, this [excite.com] seemed to be working on 4/3, the last time I tried it.
