Gigablast feeds TOS

Does anybody know the TOS for the use of the Gigablast feed?
All it says is :

The XML search feed is available free of charge for uses not exceeding 1,000 searches per day, and no more than ten results per search.

So, I wonder whether there are limitation for commercial use or not?

My site (Meta search engine) was banned from using gigablast's feed because it is commercial.
