Has Alexa stopped counting your incoming links?

My incoming links has stayed the same for over a year now

I work at building incoming links so that static number shown by Alexa is a tad pereplexing.

What's going on?

Same thing here. Google shows circa 1700 backlinks, Alexa only 41... and that number has been static for months.
