Where does msn get its top 3 listings from? Overture?

Yep, Overture (if the $ is right) then LookSmart or Inktomi (they'll still show the LS, as far as I know).

What do you mean if the dollar is right? I pay around 15c per click. Is there a minimum for it to appear on msn?

Take a look at this previous discussion on overture results not showing on MSN [webmasterworld.com].

The minimum for them to appear is .15 cents, but your listings will appear even if your bid is lower, provided there is a player bidding 15 cents or higher above you.

Hope that makes sense - the previous discussion hashes it out quite well.

in Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina MSN gets their top 3 results from terespondo.com.
