I ran across this today, it is pretty neat:

Add: "AOLYellowPages" to your Buddy list and send "him" a message that says "hi"

He will ask you what you are searching for and then give you an answer, it even links to maps.

If you use AIM on your phone it is a good contact to have, it might save you the $0.75 it costs to call 411.
