free site submission, you can search news sites,weblogs and RSS feeds, unusually has inclusion of anchors in the results.
tried looking up some keywords I've been following ...naada.

From the press release it looks like it was launched 17th November 2003.

Wish him good luck..it's tough out there, although its good to see new players entering the arena :-)
