Now Forwards to: [hotbot.co.uk...] where the only option is pay to submit. Is there another URL to get into the Lycos Hotbot free of charge and without having to register for the incite.lycos program?

Look here: [secure.lycos.de...] (copy and paste it to the address bar of IE) I think that's how you can submit your site to Lycos for free...
