I'm getting a full crawl from wisenut every 10-15 days, is it useful?
I heard they don't update the listings, the most fresh results found for my keywords are from last year.

Wisenut is ZyBorg - ZybBorg continuously ignored robots.txt - ZyBorg is disallowed (hard coded) to access my pages any longer.

And, no, i never ever received any referer from Wisenut at all.

Not worth a second thought, imho.

Actually, as mentioned in another post (about Looksmart.com's web serps coming from Wisenut), not all Wisenut results will have www.wisenut.com as their referers.

If bandwidth is an issue on your site, you'll want to block both Zyborg & Grub search engine spiders. They've been known to disobey robots.txt (for years, an ongoing issue...)

I get more results from small, unknown, meta search engines on several sites than WiseNut related search queries. :)
