Because your question was asked in the Affiliates forum, I'm guessing that these aren't exactly "your" ads that you want to submit, but rather offers from businesses that you have signed up to promote. I would wonder how classifieds might feel about your using their services for affiliate ads? How can you ensure that auto submitted ads don't violate their Terms of Use? If that happens, your affiliated partners could be notified.
Most classified sites limit their ads to people who are actually selling the items they post in an ad. Auto submission software would not be welcome at most of the Classifieds sites I've used for buying or selling. Even CraigsList doesn't want affiliate offers, they specifically prohibit listing
affiliate marketing; network, or multi-level marketing; pyramid schemes
. Be sure to read through the Terms of any place you wish to submit ads.
Hopefully I've misunderstood your objectives, that happens. Feel free to explain further.

They are my ads I want to submit. What forum should I connect with to answer my question?
Thank you for your information, humble guy

Sorry for the assumption, Humble Guy. Unfortunately we don't have a forum that might suggest auto submission software, that sort of goes against most of the ToS and Charters. Have you tried search engines?
Now, if you were writing a script in javascript or php and ran into a problem you would be in the right place to get help. I did a site search to see if/when anything auto submit was discussed here and it related to "submitting your website to search engines". It was dated 2001 so it probably wouldn't help much today.
Thank you for correcting my misunderstanding.

One thought - you could hire a programmer: [webmasterworld.com...] but I don't think that would be free, sorry.
