Do Asian low cost airlines have affiliate programs?

Anyone knows if Asian (Chinese/SE Asia) low cost airlines have affiliate programs available?

Any affiliate network in the region offering a good number of travel affiliates (airlines, hotels, travel agents, etc.) such as CJ / Linkshare in the US or Zanox and Tradedoubler in Europe?

I'm not even sure U.S. discount airlines have affiliate programs- didn't find anything on the Southwest or Jet Blue sites. I'd say do some Google searches and check a few affiliate program sites.
