Reselling on ebay

I wanna know if this is possible

Say i put up a sale on ebay for an Mp3 player .. someone's interested and they pay me via paypal. Then, with that money, I shop for that Mp3 player at another online store and in shipping address, i put that dude's name and address.
So, this means like 5-10$ would be charged exrta and I'd get taht and with teh remeinign money, i'd go to the online store and buy it with teh paypal money and send it to him.

is this ok?

Haha your talking about dropshipping. Yes many people do this and i think its perfectly ok even though i never read ebay tos.

I thought about doing this, but you really have to put your profit margin up to make any kind of profit, as ebay takes a fee remember.

On top of this typical ebay buyers want something cheaper than an online store, so it's gonna be really tough to find an online retailer than sells around ebay prices
