How much should I charge?

A 3600 Alexa ranking with roughly 3 million visitors a month. Let's say I can allow ANY sort of ad besides adult. What can I charge, cpm wise?

Any ideas, no matter how broad, would be appreciated.

Do you know the click ratio of banners or pops for your site? And what is the country of your visitors. I think this could make a big difference.
