How can I create a LinkedIn company Page

I want to create a Company Page in LinkedIn for my site. But when i try to do that it shown me "An unknown error occured"
can any one please suggest me..

Thanks, this information help me in creating company page. But the company profile page URL is not public. Can any one suggest me how can i resolve this..

I believe that LinkedIn withholds direct public access to force sign-ups.

The company page will eventually get listed in the SERP but visitors need to sign up and be logged in to access your company page.
