I have a website on a niche educational area, translated in 5 foreign languages. I got the site translated in 3 extra languages by somebody else, and I do not speak these languages, this is why I can't promote it to build some links.
I'm tempted to try links building services such as this one:

to improve the ranking in the search engines.
I see more or less that the price is around 100-200$ to get somewhere in top 10-20 (don't take this pricing or description as the ultimate one, this more a guess than I know it, I'm adding it here just as a reference point).
I'm thinking that the disadvantage is that it will last only for a while, until the competition will add more of their own links...
I'm also thinking about Facebook promotion, with 100$ I believe I can reach quite many persons, I do not know whether they will actually come to my website.
And the third option is the adwords.
I have no experience with any of the 3 (links building, facebook, adwords). I'm tempted to use the first service since I can find persons that can do it in the target languages that I need, whereas for adwords I would need to create a campaign, I'll have to find the best words for the ad..., thus some more work for me.
What do you think? what is your experience?
There is some competition in my niche market but less than in others.
